General Questions:

Q: How many images do you typically deliver after the wedding? 
A: We will deliver about 650 – 800 depending on a few factors. This images will come in your “Online Proofing Gallery”

Q: Does your studio provide cinematic videography services? 
A: Yes we do, click portfolio on the top and then “Cinematic Videography” in the drop down bar to view our work. Connect with us and we’ll send you even more fun films to view!

Q: Are you able to do destination weddings? 
A: Of course, we love to travel! Get in touch.

Q: Have you shot at my venue before?
A: We have shot in a lot of venues over the years, but if we haven’t shot in yours, we make sure to swing by, and do a ton of research ahead of time.

Q: Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Family Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?
A: Yes, tell us about your event and we will be there.

Q: Does your studio do Head-shots, Individual Portraits, Family Portraits, Newborn Shoots, or Product Photography?
A: Killer Creations has a commercial side as well. Please reach out for more information and we can tell you all about it.

Post Production Questions:

Q: Do you touch up all the images on our private image gallery? 
A: We do, and when you order any prints through us, we make sure to go over each print with a fine tooth comb.

Q: How long does it take to receive my film?
A: You will receive your films within 100 days after your event date.

Q: What do you mean by “touching up” the photos? 
A: We correct for color, exposure, cropping, and basic skin retouching when necessary.

Engagement Session Questions:

Q: When can we expect to see our photos from our engagement session?
A: Your previews will be up within two weeks and the full session will be available within four weeks.

Q: Can we schedule our engagement session for the weekend?
A: We try to save our weekends for weddings, so we typically shoot engagement sessions in the weekdays. With that being said, we are always happy to customize to the specific needs of our clients.

Q: How many images do you typically deliver from and engagement session? 
A: We will deliver anywhere from 40 – 60 images in your Online Proofing Gallery.

Albums, Prints, Framing, Sign-In Books, and Slideshow Questions:

Q: How long does it take to get my prints?
A: It takes just a few days to a week depending on order size. I will keep you updated depending on your circumstances.

Q: How long does it take to get my album?
A: We generally have the albums ready around 1 month after our album purchase session. This estimate does depend on the season.

Q: How long does it take to get my guest book?
A: We can have that ready for you in about two – three weeks after the engagement session.

Q: Can I add more pages and images to my album?
A: Absolutely! The skies the limit in designing and creating the perfect album for you. We have many customization options we’ll go through with you during your album purchase session.

Q: How do I get started on my wedding album?
A: First thing to do is Get in touch. We’ll walk you through the steps from there.

Business Insurance and Image Backup Questions: 

Q: Do you backup our images?
A: Yes, onsite, and in the magic cloud.

Q: Do you have Liability Insurance?
A: Safety first, than teamwork. Yes we do and we are happy to provide it to your venue or other vendors asking for it.

Payment and Tax Questions:

Q: How do I reserve you for my date?
A: A signed contract and a reservation fee keeps your date yours.

Q: What if we exceed our time for our engagement shoot?
A: We offer extra time at a discounted rate.

Q: If we cancel the wedding will we receive our reservation fee back?
A: If we re-book the date, yes.
